1. Who We Are

Krimson Kraft Lifestyle Ltd, registered in England & Wales, company number 15013142, registered office 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London, W1W 5PF, trading as Aide & Assist ("Aide & Assist", "we", "us"), is the data controller responsible for your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. Data We Collect

• Contact details — name, email address, phone number and postal address;
• Household member details — names, relationships and relevant preferences;
• Preferences and dietary requirements;
• Travel documents, where you provide them for a specific brief (e.g. passport details);
• Payment information, processed by our payment processor, Stripe — we do not store full card details;
• Messages, attachments and other content you send us through the platform in connection with a brief.

3. Lawful Bases for Processing

• Performance of a contract — to provide your membership and fulfil briefs.
• Legitimate interests — to improve our service, prevent fraud, and maintain security, balanced against your rights.
• Consent — for optional marketing communications and certain special category or sensitive data (for example, dietary or medical-related preferences), which you provide voluntarily.
• Legal obligation — to meet accounting, tax and regulatory requirements.

4. Sharing With Suppliers

We share the minimum personal data necessary with third-party Suppliers strictly to fulfil a brief you have requested (for example, sharing dietary requirements with a restaurant, or travel document details with an airline or visa service). We do not sell your personal data, and we require Suppliers to handle any data shared with them appropriately.

5. Processors

We use trusted third-party processors acting on our instructions, including:

• Stripe, Inc. — payment processing;
• Our cloud hosting and database provider — infrastructure and storage;
• Our transactional email provider — sending account and service communications.

6. Retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account remains active, and thereafter for the period needed to meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations (typically up to six years after your last interaction with us), or as necessary to resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.

7. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside the UK (for example, to a Supplier or processor located abroad), we ensure an appropriate safeguard is in place, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, an adequacy decision, or equivalent standard contractual clauses.

8. Your Rights

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you;
• Request rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data;
• Request erasure of your data, in certain circumstances;
• Request restriction of, or object to, certain processing;
• Request data portability, where technically feasible; and
• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent.
