How extraordinary briefs become flawless experiences.

First, they needed to travel from London to a private farm near Dartmoor National Park to inspect a horse they were considering purchasing. From there, they needed to continue to Somerset to drop their children back at school, before returning to Central London. And there was one important requirement: they wanted to be back in London in time for High Tea at a five-star hotel. A&A designed the journey around the client’s time rather than asking the client to design their day around conventional transportation. We arranged a private helicopter departing London at 10:00 AM, including advance coordination and the necessary permissions for the aircraft to land directly at the private farm. After the horse inspection, the helicopter flew the family onward to Somerset, where permissions had also been coordinated for a landing within the school grounds. Children dropped off, the clients reboarded and flew directly back to London. 10:00 AM — Depart London Private farm near Dartmoor — Horse inspection Somerset — School drop-off 2:00 PM — Back in London And by afternoon, rather than still negotiating motorways and several hours of driving, our clients were comfortably back in Central London — with plenty of time for High Tea. It’s about understanding what someone wants to achieve, removing the logistical barriers, coordinating permissions and stakeholders behind the scenes, and creating a solution where time itself becomes the luxury.

London — Celebrating the Actual Day We curated an intimate birthday evening in London, bringing together live music, close-up magic and a carefully planned dinner experience. But the most important element wasn’t the entertainment. We discreetly arranged for her children to travel back to London after school so they could surprise their mother and spend her birthday evening with her — before travelling back early the following morning in time to return to school. It was a complex piece of logistics designed to create one very simple moment: having her children beside her when it mattered. Paris — Turning a Birthday into a Weekend The celebration then moved to Paris for the weekend, bringing together the family and a small group of the birthday girl’s closest friends. Rather than creating a conventional itinerary, we designed the weekend around the different generations travelling together — teenagers, adults and grandparents — ensuring that everyone had something to look forward to. The programme combined curated city experiences with private and unconventional ways of discovering Paris: personalised city touring, a private Montmartre experience, Segway adventures and vintage sidecar tours across the city. Dining was treated as an experience in itself. We deliberately mixed relaxed Parisian lunches and informal gatherings with exceptional fine dining, creating a rhythm that allowed the group to experience the city rather than simply move from one reservation to another. Throughout the weekend, experiences, transportation, dining and downtime were orchestrated around the group — allowing three generations to enjoy Paris together without the celebration ever feeling over-programmed.
